Award in Huesca for TELL ME, MARI

Award in Huesca for TELL ME, MARI

We have more fantastic news to start the week: Tell me, Mari, the short film by Marcos Crisostomo, has received a Special Mention in the Ibero-American Competition at the 53rd Huesca International Film Festival.

The jury recognized the work "for its formal originality and clear commitment to risk, a story that honestly narrates the uprooting and distance from family life of truck drivers."

Congratulations, Marcos (and team)!

A double Distribution Award in Festivalito

A double Distribution Award in Festivalito

We're starting the week still reeling from the emotional aftermath of being present at the final stretch of another edition of the Festivalito La Palma. This year, the excellent quality of the short films shot at La Palma Rueda led us to an unprecedented decision: to award a joint Distribution Award. The award-winning short films were Papá (Dad) by Emilio González and Las campanas (The Bells) by Guillén Buil Beltrán.

Congratulations to both, and although we'll welcome them back to the catalog as they deserve, they're welcome back in advance. We're very excited about the two journeys we'll embarked on together.

And long live the ¡Festivali...TO!

About love and revenge

About love and revenge

Last week, two new short films were added to our catalog: Bloody Hearts by Samuel Labrador and Tánatos by Joel de León.

The former explores a story of love and violence between two young people, while the latter delves into how the desire for revenge can turn into obsession.

We wish them all the best as they begin this new stage of distribution.

Good luck!
