The short film from #CantabriaEnCorto2024 catalogue, A Western by Juanqui Soto and Luis Paredes, has been selected at the Festival de Cortometrajes Cómicos de Sabadell, Parapacurts. It is a contest with the aim of promoting the comedy genre and creating a workspace for artists.

The event will take place on Fridays, May 9, 16 and 23 in Sabadell.

The short film CRIS, directed by Jonay García and produced by Digital104, has been selected, in its LGTBI section, at the Festival Internacional de Cine de Alicante. After 40 editions, it has established itself as one of the most important festivals in the country.

The date will take place from May 17th to 24th in Alicante, Spain.

Yesterday was announced the new catalogue of Cantabria en Corto 2025, consisting of six short films by Cantabrian filmmakers, and which will be, once again, distributed by Digital 104 Film Distribution. We're thrilled to be able to accompany these titles through their journey through national and international festivals for another year.

The selected short films are: The story of the boy who was there by Sergio Ruiz; Just a matter of time by Carlos Martínez; Only the dead remain, by Alejandro Renedo; A beach by Juan Carlos Cabañas and Luis Paredes; Instructions for staying by Caque Trueba and Wounded Light by Abril Catalina Beascoechea.
