This year we are distributing the Navarra Shortzinema again!
Inscriptions for the fourth edition of the festival are open, April 16th as deadline.
We are looking for short films up to 30 minutes long, original, with technical quality, and with risky proposals that include Navarrese involvement in production or theme.

The short films Self-portrait by Daniela Goto Uehara and Emotional map of the geography by Julu Martínez and Candela Megido have been selected in the new edition of Corto Gijón. The short films will be part of the official selection and "La muestrona" section respectively. The festival will take place from March 28th through April 4th.

GÜLIZAR, the drama feature film directed by Belkis Bayrak, has been selected at Tüpisch Türkisch.
The festival will take place in Cologne (Germany), from March 27th to 30th.

The short films Every day by Domingo J. González, Atlantico by Domingo J. González and Elena de Vera, I can't talk right now by Carlos Alberto Mejías and Furtive by Silvania C. Suárez (#Digital104FilmDistribution); as well as The wandering island by Pablo Borges (#CanariasenCorto2024), Broken conversations by Daniel González Catalina (#CantabriaenCorto2024) and Ama by Claudia Chau (#NavarraShortZinema2024) have been selected at Spanish Short Film Festival at the University of Georgia.
The festival will take place at the Georgia Museum of Art (Athens, USA), the April 1st and 2nd.

The fiction short films Everything I keep from my mother by Estefanía Ortiz (#Digital104FilmDistribution), The wandering island by Pablo Borges (#CanariasEnCorto) and Map of the emotional geography by Julu Martínez and Candela Megido (#CantabriaEnCorto) have been selected at Festival Eszena.
The event is from March 28th to April 5th in Zaragoza (Spain).

GÜLIZAR, the film directed by Belkis Bayrak, it has been selected for the IMPACTE! Festival de Cinema i Drets Humans de Catalunya.
The event is in the city of Barcelona, from Mach 24th to April 13th.

I'm gonna dissapear was the big winner at the FOCO - Oviedo Film Festival, held last week. The feature film, directed by Coré Ruiz, was recognized with the National Award.

A Western, the short film directed by Juanqui Soto and Luis Paredes, is traveling to the United Kingdom. There, it has been selected for the UpLift Festival, a comedy film festival.
The event is in the city of Colchester, next Friday, March 21st.
