The documentary short film Crumbs, directed by Jose Larrosa and starring María José Palazón and María de la Morena has received a nomination in the Guangzhou International Documentary Film Festival. More specifically, the film has been selected in the Best Micro-Documentary category featured in the Golden Kapok Competition.

The short film The twilight of a perturbed consciousness, directed by Manuela Gutiérrez Arrieta, has been selected in the FIVA - Festival Internacional de Videoarte hel every year in Buenos Aires. The contest, that serves as a meeting point for videoart creators since 11 years ago, recognizes the work and talent of the director in this film that uses real testimonies of men and their experience as prostitution clients.

The way Calima Rosa by Ismael Cabrera, Canary Tomato by Arima León and In the summer, when I come back by Alberto Prados describe the LGBTQI+ experience varies widely. Each of them finds its own voice differently, but they all convey the need for these stories to come out. That's why the three films have been selected in the Utsav International Film Fesitval, a film contest held in India with the purpose of creating a space for independent filmmakers whose work revolves around the queer community.

The short film Tooth for a tooth by Sergio Garai will travel to Zaragoza next week to participate in the Bujaraloz Short Film Contest, a film festival collaborator of the Goya Awards, that brings the audiovisual culture closer to the rural areas. More specifically, the film has been selected in the Aragón section, dedicated to local short films and filmmakers, and will be competing for La Rosa de Monegros, the festival's award.
