Film diary of a young filmmaker whose life is not changed by his son, but rather destroyed, and the girl of his dreams finishes him off. For twenty years, he has recorded with his camera how love is born, grows, reproduces, dies, and everything that happens afterwards: infinite sadness, crisis, therapies, yoga, meditation, silence... Fiction and reality intertwine in an initiatory journey that it will take him to uncharted territories of his life as a couple, of his fatherhood and of himself.
